Ward was born in MonroeLouisiana, on April 151976. Monroe Christian School is a only private Christian school. For secondary educationWard was a student at Ouachita Parish High School. She later moved into River Oaks High School on the following summer, after her junior year; thereshe was a member of the dance and drill teams. She was also a student at Northeast Louisiana University briefly after graduation. Ward was 13 when she began modeling after she left the school. Then she moved in New York to pursue this profession. In the years following she decided to pursue acting. The first time she appeared on stage was in an uncredited role in the 1970's soap opera All My Children, and then was cast as the lead in a drama for teens on NBC Prime-Time Malibu Shores. Then, in late 1996Ward landed a role in the soap opera daytime Sunset Beach where she portrayed the romantic Meg Cummings. The year 1999 saw Ward begin her film career playing Brittany Foster, the psychotic Brittany Foster of the erotic comedy The In Crowd. It wasn't a major hit in the theaters however it did very well on home video and cable. Following the film, Ward played a supporting character in the movie Shallow Hal. Her other acting credits include several direct-to DVD films as well as the role of a guest on TV shows, including Friends. She was the principal cast member of ABC Family's drama series Make It or Break It during the initial two seasons of the year 2009. In 2009, she was cast in the role Chloe Kmet as the mother of a teen gymna. In private she was married to David C. Robinson. They had a son named Cameron.
